Graduate Programs (M.S. / Ph.D.)

We warmly welcome students with a strong background in control systems and a keen interest—or prior experience—in applying control theory to mobility systems. However, prior experience is not mandatory. Students with strong mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills will be well-prepared to begin research in our group and grow as researchers.

Undergraduate Research Internships

We invite undergraduate students who wish to study or conduct exploratory research on the following topics:

• Model Predictive Control (MPC)
• Neural Network-Based Control
• Control experiments using vehicle dynamics simulator (CarMaker)

Postdoctoral Positions

• Network-level control of Connected, Automated, and Electrified Vehicles (CAEVs)
• Reinforcement learning-based control of mobility systems
