Abstract

Electrification is a crucial technology for eco-friendly and high-efficient powertrains. Various electrified powertrains such as electric, hybrid electric, and fuel cell electric powertrains have been developed, and they are considered the basis of future mobility. This paper introduces the current status of electrified powertrain technologies, with a focus on architecture and control strategies. Future trends and core technologies of electrified powertrains are also presented.
