Description

Seunghun Jang received his B.S. degree in the Department of Bio-Industrial Machinery Engineering from Pusan National University in 2021. He joined the MIC Lab in 2022 and went on to obtain the M.S. degree in the Department of Mechanical Engineering from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) in 2024. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D at the Cho Chun Shik Graduate School of Mobility at the KAIST, where he continues his research in the MIC Lab.

His current research interests include state estimation of Synchronous Machines (SMs), physics-informed online learning of SMs, optimal control of electric drives.
